Daria Chyc was called to the bar in 2017 after obtaining her law degree from the University of Toronto. After law school, Daria worked at a boutique employment law firm in Toronto before joining Cook Law as a litigation associate.

Daria has over 7 years of experience representing clients in a variety of employment-related matters, including wrongful dismissal claims, just-cause terminations, workplace discrimination and harassment claims, reprisals, among others. Daria has appeared before various levels of courts as an advocate including Superior Court, Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Labour Board. Daria has successfully argued several trials and applications during her career.

In addition to employment law, Daria has experience representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters including real estate, construction law and contract disputes.
