The closing of your sale involves another series of steps, distinct from those in the purchase closing. Our staff completes this transaction by requesting all payout statements for loans, mortgages and lines of credit secured to the property. Disbursement of sale proceeds are also looked after on your behalf. We payout all outstanding real estate commissions, above-mentioned mortgages, loans and lines of credit, then release to you the net sale proceeds. Lastly, we ensure that all existing loans, lines of credit and mortgages are discharged from the property.
